  2. Select Basic Setting: Choose the Basic setting on your machine and press “Start/Stop.” Let the mixture run for about 4 minutes. Be sure to scrape down the sides of the pan with a rubber spatula during this time. Press “Start/Stop” to cancel.

  3. Select Jam Setting: Now, switch to the Jam setting and press “Start/Stop.” When the washing cycle finishes and the display reads “0:00,” press “Start/Stop” again.

  4. Pour and Cool: Using hot pads, carefully remove the bread pan. Pour the warm jam into clean containers, cover them, and refrigerate. You’ll end up with about 3 cups of beautifully thick jam!
